Can't store cookie with "cookies.set"

Went throught a plethora of stackoverflows, but didn't find any solution. Cookies is not set in browser. Here is the code: Server.js has these lines:

app.use(cors({ credentials: true, origin: true }));
app.use(cookieParser());

Here is how I store my token to cookie:

jwt.sign(
        payload,
        process.env.REACT_APP_JWT_SECRET,
        { expiresIn: 360000 },
        (err, token) => {
          if (err) throw err;
          res.json({ token });
          res.cookie("auth", token, {
            httpOnly: true,
            sameSite: true,
            signed: true,
            maxAge: 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000,
          });
        }
      );

And here is how I post a request:

const config = {
        headers: {
          "Context-Type": "application/json",
        },
        withCredentials: true,
        credentials: "include",
      };
      await axios
        .post(
          GET_USER_PATH,
          {
            email,
            password,
          },
          config
        )
        .then((req) => console.log(req));

No errors in the code. However, cookies seems to be empty.
